Payments for goods are collected using electronic payment systems PayPal and Paysera.
Payment systems allow you to pay for purchases with just a few clicks. To pay for purchases, you can use your personal payment system account, bank cards and internet banking.
Information in payment systems is reliably protected using powerful data encryption tools.
Delivery
Delivery of goods is carried out “door-to-door” by courier services using the classical method.
We deliver goods in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia within 2-3 working days after the receipt of payment for the order.
Delivery cost depends on the weight of the parcel and will be calculated in your basket once you enter the delivery address.
The right to refuse
You have the right to terminate this agreement within 14 days without specifying a reason.
The right to refuse expires after 14 days or starting from the day when you or a third party who is not the carrier and whom you specified, took the goods into possession.
In order to exercise this right, you must inform us COMUS OÜ, Parnu mnt 142, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia, of the decision to terminate this agreement by sending a refusal message.
The consumer agrees that they will use the website form to send the rejection message. We will immediately notify you by e-mail of the receipt of such a refusal.
To stick to the specified time period, it is sufficient if you send a message on using the right to refuse before the term of the right to refuse ends.
If you are terminating this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision terminate this agreement. The refund will be made withing the same payment method using which you made the initial transaction. We may delay the return of funds until we receive the goods back.
You need to send the product back by post to COMUS OÜ, Parnu mnt 142, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia, without unreasoned delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. The deadline will be met if you send the product back before the14-day period ends. You will need to cover the costs of returning the product. You are responsible for reducing the product market price if it was used for other purposes other than it is intended to.
